Bike & Go is coming to Scotland!
Thursday, March 26, 2015
From the 1st of April Bike & Go will be coming to Scotland! Stirling will be the first of at least 10 locations to open across the country. Commuting to work, planning a day out, shopping and visiting friends is going to become easier for everyone living in, or visiting Scotland.
ScotRail has a network of over 340 stations connecting people across Scotland from the wilds of Wick in the North to Stranraer in the South.
From 1st April, you will be able to hire a bike direct from Stirling station and make your onward journey faster, easier and, in some cases, more affordable.
The scheme will work in tandem with the Stirling Cycle Hub, which provides maps and expert knowledge of cycle routes to help you plan your journey with Bike & Go in and around the area.
There is even more good news for customers working in Scotland, as well as those visiting the region for leisure reasons, because the Bike & Go scheme will also soon be in operation at stations in all of the major cities.
We'll be releasing more information about ScotRail's exciting plans with Bike & Go in the coming months. So keep an eye on our website and newsletter for more information.
